In 2003-04, the Company has set up a Rotary Kiln of 100 TPD capacity for manufacturing Sponge Iron at Vill : Poradiha, P.S. - Santuri, Dist : Purulia, West Bengal - 722 153, which commenced its commercial production in August'2003. Further in the year 2004-05, a second kiln having a capacity of 100 TPD was installed and the same commenced production in June'2004'.

The Company has been awarded ISO 9001:2000 certification for manufacturing and supply of Sponge Iron, Billets and Ingots.

Encouraged with the market acceptance for its products (due to its quality ISO 9001:2002) and the growing demand for sponge iron by the consuming industry, both in the domestic and export sectors, the Company has decided further expansion of its manufacturing facilities at the existing site by setting up a vertical steel integrated plant for manufacturing MS Billets, Hot Rolled Products (i.e., TMT Bars and Strips), Ferro Manganese and Captive Power Plant in addition to the expansion of Sponge Iron from 65000 TPA to 130000 TPA. Presently the Company is operating 2 kilns with a total capacity of 65000 TPA.
